2. Account Registration & Security
To access digital comp card studio tooling, athletic media kits, and sponsorship presentations, users must register an athlete account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] upon discovering any unauthorized security breach.
3. Intellectual Property & Media Ownership
All proprietary platform software, brand assets, typography styling, user interface designs, and code comprising Kompkard are owned by or licensed to WANGLONG TECHNOLOGIES SDN. BHD.
Your Portfolio Media: Athletes, photographers, and fitness creators retain full underlying copyright in the photographs, race reels, bios, and marketing materials uploaded to the platform. By uploading content to Kompkard, you grant WANGLONG a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, format, generate PDF comp cards, render sponsorship decks, and display such media solely for your representation and portfolio distribution.
4. Minor Protection & Safe Representation (ADR-0009)
Kompkard enforces strict child and minor safety standards across all public-facing services. For any talent profile designated as a minor division model:
- Sensitive physical measurements (bust/chest, waist, and hips) are strictly masked on all public cards, vanity links, and public print downloads.
- Technical measurements are restricted solely to authorized studio editors, verified account holders, and password-protected client casting decks.
- Any upload of illicit, exploitative, or inappropriate imagery involving minors will result in immediate permanent account termination, data preservation, and reporting to relevant Malaysian and international law enforcement agencies.
5. External Links & Direct Booking Channels
Public vanity comp cards (`/@slug`) may include links to third-party communication channels (such as WhatsApp, Instagram, SoundCloud, YouTube, or direct email). These links are established at the talent's discretion for commercial booking. WANGLONG does not broker modeling contracts, negotiate fees, or accept liability for third-party agreements formed through external communication channels.
6. Amendments & Modifications
WANGLONG reserves the right to amend platform capabilities, pricing schedules, and these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of Kompkard after updates are published constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated terms.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of Kompkard.
